Corruption: Minority Leader blames parliament

The Minority Leader, Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu, is blaming Parliament for the corruption and the ills in government. 

According to him, Parliament which should be the bulwark of democratic governance and the gate keeper of the national purse has relaxed in approving what he termed 'frivolous and questionable bills and budgets'.  

Mr. Mensah Bonsu was speaking in Accra at a symposium on Law and Public Policy. 

It was under the theme "Laws that Work".
