Community Policing Unit Urges Public To Volunteer Information On Activities Of Criminals And Miscreants

The Community Policing Unit of the Ghana Police Service has urged the public to volunteer information on the activities of criminals and other elements who plan to disrupt the peace especially in the run-up to the November polls. 

In an interview with Radio Ghana, the Head of the Unit, ACP Habiba Twumasi, said her outfit will continue to educate communities on ways to prevent crime. 

On allegations that some Police personnel at times blow the cover of informants, ACP Habiba Twumasi assured informants of their safety and protection.
