Security Consciousness Of Public Is Key - K.B Quantson

A former National Security coordinator, K.B Quantson, says the security consciousness of the public is key to any emergency response. 

He was sharing his ideas on a leaked security alert which suggests that a Malian terrorist has confirmed plans to attack Ghana and Togo.  

Mr. Quantson said the development calls for greater security consciousness of everybody to promptly report any strange movement to the police who must also act expeditiously.
