take a stand
The EC must take a stand that if ones fails to check his name during exhibition his or her name will not be in the final register. so if you fail to check your name then it is unto you. you cannot vote. over the years  only few people check their names but at the end of the day their names are still in the final register. how do you clean it? so this time round if one fails to check his or her name your name will not appear final register. thats all.
