Ghana National Association of Driving Schools to collaborate with MTTD to reduce road carnage The Ghana National Association of Driving Schools says it will soon collaborate with the MTTD of the Ghana Police Service and the Road Safety Commission to deal with drivers who lack proper training from qualified and authorized driving schools. Addressing a news conference in Accra, the President of the Association, Rev.
