Political Scientist describes proposed debate between President Mahama and Nana Akufo Addo as appropriate 

A lecturer in Political Science at the University of Ghana, Dr Alidu Seidu says the political challenge thrown by President John Mahama to the opposition NPP leader, Nana Akufo Addo is worthwhile. 

Dr Seidu said such a debate will not only be issue based but factual. 

It will also deepen the democracy Ghana is practicing and make the electorate more informed.
