Call for collective global approach to fight zika virus

A programme coordinator at the Uganda Research Institute, Dr. Julius Lutwama, has called for a collective effort to fight the zika virus as a world public health concern.

In an interview with Radio Ghana's Joyce Gyekye, Dr. Lutwama said the virus is spreading fast and needs to be checked before it goes global.
