Error-ridden brochure: NPP calls for probe

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has called for a full scale investigation into the incidence of mistakes in the 59th Independence brochure. 

The NPP's Director of Communications, Nana Akomea in a statement, asked government to immediately unearth the deficiencies in the working of offices which were involved in the processes and the final print out of the brochure. 

It said investigation into the Independence Day brochure fiasco, will help to properly locate where the blame should be put and believes it will ensure that the national embarrassment does not recur.
