Teenage pregnancy on the increase in Ghana - Survey

A Demographic Survey conducted by the Ghana Health Service has revealed a steady rise in teenage pregnancy in the country. 

It also revealed that teenage pregnancy is higher among uneducated girls than the educated. 

The Deputy Minister for Gender,Children and Social Protection, Mrs. Della Sowah announced this at a sensitization workshop on teenage pregnancy in Kumasi.
