EU: 10 days to bring migration flows under control

EU official has warned Europe that time is running out on them to bring the influx of migrants and asylum seekers under control. 

EU Migration Commissioner Dimitris Avramopoulos said if in the next 10 days tangible and clear results are not visible, there is a risk that the whole system will completely break down.  

His comments come ahead of a special migration summit next month between the EU and Turkey.
