GSA marks African Day of Standardisation 

The Ghana Standards Authority, GSA has marked the celebration of African Standardisation Day with focus on Women Empowerment. 

Speaking at a forum in Accra, the Deputy Executive Director of the  GSA, Elizabeth Adetola said women possess unique characteristics like tolerance,  transparency, patience and commitment which are major values of standardisation.  

She said a lot of SME's in the country are ran by women, hence the need to encourage them to ensure better standards of service.
