Nine lawyers hauled before General Legal Council for alleged misconduct Nine prominent Lawyers have been hauled before the Disciplinary Committee of the General Legal Council for alleged misconduct. They have been accused of not complying with directives relating to their jobs. The indicated lawyers are expected to appear before the committee on Thursday, February 25. They are Frederick Nii Ashie, Larry Apaloo, George Mensah Ankomah, Charles Owusu Juanah, Kofo Adde, Kwame Amoako, Charles Yeboah, Borazo Agbley and Nii Kpakpo Samoa Addo. A notice posted at vantage points of the courts signed by the secretary to the committee, Bernard Bentil, warned that "in the event of failure to appear before the committee it will proceed to hear the cases on basis of evidence before it".
