Illegal gold and diamond export syndicate busted 

An illegal gold and diamond export syndicate has been busted at Kotoka International Airport in Accra by officials of the Customs Division of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA).  

The team intercepted about two hundred kilograms of gold on an Emirates Airline ready to be illegally exported to Dubai.  

A licensed gold buyer and export Company, AA Minerals is alleged to be involved in the illegal trade.
