Belgium detains 10 for running ISIL recruitment The police in Belgium have raided homes in Brussels and detained 10 people on suspicion of operating a recruitment ring for the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) group. A statement by the German Federal Prosecutor's office said nine raids were carried out in four suburbs.
