Central Africans vote in run-off for president

Voters in the Central African Republic have cast their ballot in delayed legislative election and a presidential run-off which they hope will bring peace after the country's worst sectarian violence since independence in 1960. 

The final results are not expected for several weeks. 

The seizure of power by a mainly Muslim rebel group in 2013 led to prolonged bloodshed.  

The two men in the close presidential race are both former prime ministers who have campaigned to restore security and boost the economy in the mineral-rich country.
