NPP Schedules re-run of Klottey Korle Parliamentary Primary for 27th of this month


The New patriotic party has slated the 27th of this month for the re-run of the  Klottey Korle Parliamentary primaries. 

A statement signed by Acting General Secretary of the party John Boadu said the National Executive Committee has directed that the process of conducting the Parliamentary primary in the Nkwanta South Constituency must also commence. 

The statement said all  rules and regulations governing the conduct of the 2015 Parliamentary Primaries still holds. 

Stakeholders are entreated to ensure a smooth process. 

The statement said the decision on outstanding constituency primaries will soon be concluded.

PARLIAMENTARY PRIMARIES

KLOTTEY KORLE
The scheduled re-run for the Parliamentary primaries in Klottey Korle is slated for Saturday, February 27, 2016.

NKWANTA SOUTH
The National Executive Committee has directed that the process of conducting the Parliamentary primary in the Nkwanta South Constituency must commence.

The schedule is as follows:

OPENING OF NOMINATIONS:	FEBRUARY 15, 2016
NOMINATION CLOSES:      FEBRUARY 17, 2016
VETTING OF ASPIRANTS:	FEBRUARY 19, 2016
NOTICE OF POLLS:	FEBRUARY 24, 2016
DAY OF ELECTION:	MARCH 5, 2016

All rules and regulations governing the conduct of the 2015 Parliamentary Primaries still holds. 

Stakeholders are entreated to ensure a smooth process.

However, decision on outstanding constituency primaries would be concluded soon.
