Africa First Ladies Affirm Commitment To Ending New HIV Infection Among Adolescent & Child Marriage


First Lady Lordina Mahama has given the assurance that speeches made by First Ladies and other stakeholders at the just ended conference on sexual health and rights will not end as mere rhetorics.  

She said deliberations over the past few days which include ending new HIV infections among adolescents, mother to child transmission of HIV and ending child marriages among other health and educational initiatives will be implemented to achieve the desired results. 

Mrs Mahama gave the assurance on behalf of her colleague First Ladies at the closing of the 7th Africa conference on Sexual Health and Rights in Accra.
