Alhaji Mohammed sues AG, Woyome and Martin Amidu over judgement debt A nine member panel of judges has ordered the Attorney General, Marietta Brew Appiah-Oppong, businessman Alfred Agbesi Woyome and a former Attorney General, Martin Amidu to file a joint memorandum of issues in respect of a review application filed by one Alhaji Abdulai Yusif Mohammed over the Supreme Court’s order for a refund of the 52 million cedi judgement debt paid to Mr Woyome. Alhaji Mohammed has sued the Attorney General, Mr Amidu and Mr Woyome at the Supreme Court and is challenging the legality of the court’s ruling ordering Mr Woyome to refund the 52 million cedi judgement debt to the state. Hearing of the suit has been adjourned to the 11th of this month. GBC
