Customers besiege ECG offices with varied complaints Reports from all over the country continue to speak of ECG offices getting besieged by customers with several complaints especially credit running out of their metres so rapidly. Others are also complaining of faulty metres. Meanwhile, some ECG staff are going round houses replacing new metres. In an interview with Radio Ghana on these developments, the Accra West PRO of the ECG, Eric Asante, said staff of the company are there to serve customers for 24 hours.
