Zenator Rawlings donates fire extinguishers to Arts Centre

The NDC Parliamentary Candidate for Klottey Korley, Dr Zenator Rawlings has bemoaned the state of tourist sites in the country. 

After presenting 11 fire extinguishers to the Arts Centre in Accra to boost the preparedness of the facility against fire outbreak, Dr. Zenator noted that the Arts Centre, which is one of the oldest tourist sites in Accra, is not in the best of conditions to attract people to transact business, when basic things as fire extinguishers are not in place.

Outlining some developmental projects she intends to embark on, Dr Rawlings said plans are far ahead to dredge the Korley Lagoon, which has become a receptacle for garbage and the training of people to take up watch dog roles to beef up security in the area. 

She pledged to provide some social intervention programmes and continue to provide health support systems for the less privileged.  

Head of Production at the Centre who received the items on behalf of Management, Alhaji Tanko Bitugu expressed gratitude for the support.
