Abokobi Chief appeals to IGP to help beef up security


The Chief of Abokobi in the Ga East Municipality, Nii Samuel Adjetey Mohenu has appealed to the IGP to help beef up security in the township and its environs over a disputed land.

He said the move will avert needless bloodshed and loss of property on the lands being claimed by the Presbyterian Church, and the Chief of Berekusu and his allies. 

Nii Mohenu,who made the appeal at a news conference at Abokobi noted that the situation demands immediate attention to forestall unpleasant developments.
