Government, Organised Labour dialogue must yield results is how the Ghanaian Times captioned its editorial. The paper says it is refreshing to hear that the tripartite negotiating is bearing the intended results to cushion public sector workers against the recent increase in taxes. The times believes  both government and Organised Labour have a case but it is refreshing to see them find an amicable solution to the issue. It is the expectation of the paper that the negotiations will continue in the spirit of camaraderie devoid of partisanship to achieve a win-win situation.

The Daily Graphic discusses the proliferation of social media platforms. It concentrates much on the fact that in recent times, even trained journalists have fallen prey to information circulated on social media and passed on such information as the truth. The paper describes the trend as very dangerous and worrying. The Graphic therefore urges all to err on the side of caution when using information on social media and thoroughly do cross-checks as it is an election year to avoid irreversible mayhem.
