19th January, 2016 The Ghanaian Times advises countries in North sub-Sahara Africa to collaborate and share information on fighting terrorism. It says it is true that African countries may lack the financial and logistical resources to mount a sustained fight against terrorism, but if countries in the world work together to reinforce effective security apparatus to fight terrorism, it is likely the world would win the war. The Paper encourages government to step up security at important places like public places, hotels, malls and others to ensure security. The Daily Graphic commends Ghana's donor partners for their support in the economic transformation of the country especially at a time no country can claim to be an island on its own. The Paper singles out for praise, the People’s Republic of China for its unique support for the country. The Graphic cites the numerous development projects being undertaken by china as a mark of its quest to see the rapid socio-economic development of the country. GBC
