New Year School ends in Accra with a call for regulatory framework for collection of health data using ICT The 67th New Year School has recommended to government to develop a regulatory framework for the collection of health data and information management using ICT . Furthermore appropriate laws should be enacted to protect sensitive data on individuals health record. Also softwares and other mechanisms should be put in place to protect health data against hacking and other forms of abuses. These recommendations were contained in a communique issued at the end of the 67th New Year School in Accra. GBC
