Division One League Board to meet stakeholders on Tuesday


The Division League Board will on Tuesday, January 12, meet all club officials to review the just ended football season.
    
A statement from the Ghana Football Association (GFA) said the officials will also meet the management of GN Bank and discuss the upcoming football season.
    
It stated, the meeting which will be held at the GFA Secretariat conference room and all clubs are expected to participate.

In another development, a statement from the GFA said the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has reminded Premier and Division One Clubs to take note of the deadline for player registration ahead of the new season.

According to the statement, deadline for the player registration for clubs in both divisions will end on January 20, 2016.

It said the registration system which is linked to that of Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) and other international football bodies will shut automatically at 23:59hrs on the deadline day.

The statement said clubs are encouraged to take advantage of the remaining days to register their players adding that there will not be extension of this registration period.
