Deliberation between organised Labour and gov't over utility price hikes ends inconclusively A meeting between organised labour and government over utility hikes has ended inconclusively. A new date has therefore been set. Secretary General of the TUC, Kofi Asamoah who disclosed this to Radio Ghana said the TUC wants a withdrawal of the petroleum levy tax. He said the tax is undemocratic and was rushed through parliament. The TUC Secretary General believes a compromise will be reached at the next date. GBC
