ECG To Refund Unit Differences To Consumers On Prepaid Meters 


Prepaid users of electricity have been experiencing an unusual astronomical reductions in the amount of units purchased.

The Electricity Company of Ghana has attributed the challenges to the implementation of the tariff adjustment of 59 point two percent effective 14th December, 2015. 

In an interview with Radio Ghana, the Public Relations Officer for Accra West, Eric Asante said the tariff difference will be reconciled and the difference refunded next month .
