Government declares December 28 public holiday

The Ministry for the Interior has declared Monday, 28th December, a Statutory Public Holiday.  

This is because 26th December, which is Boxing Day falls on a Saturday.  

A statement signed by Deputy Sector Minister, James Agalga, said the President has by Executive Instrument declared Monday, 28th December as a Public Holiday, and it should be observed as such.
