GBC launches TV license pay points across country 


After successfully implementing the payment of TV licence across the country, following a review by Parliament of the previous TV licence fee, the Ghana Broadcasting Corporation (GBC ) has moved a step further to announce how and where the public can pay their TV licences, without necessarily coming to a GBC facility to do so. 

At a ceremony in Accra to launch the new pay points, the Deputy Director of Finance and head of TV Licence implementation Committee, Pastor Ebenezer Botwe named some of the pay points as some leading banks, on-line payment, GBC website and  mobile money payment among others.

This move, is also to ensure transparency and less hassle in payment and collection.
