NDC holds North Tongu  primaries Sunday

The National Executive Committee, NEC, of the NDC has scheduled the party’s primaries election in the North Tongu Constituency of the Volta Region for Sunday December 20.  

The North Tongu Parliamentary Primaries was postponed following a court injunction placed on it by an Accra High Court. 

One of the aspirants, Christopher Kofi Eleblu filed a suit challenging his disqualification by the party’s National Petition Review Committee. 

But an Accra High Court on Tuesday dismissed the case.  

A statement signed by the General Secretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketiah assures the constituency and party members that all is set for the election on Sunday.
