Human Rights Court dismisses injunction application by suspended NPP Chairman Paul Afoko An Accra Human Rights Court has dismissed the injunction application filed by the suspended Chairman of the NPP, Paul Afoko to restrain the party from any act intended to remove him from office during its extraordinary National Delegates Congress in Sunyani. The Court presided over by Justice Anthony Yeboah held that, Mr. Afoko has not shown any irreparable damage he will suffer if the injunction is not granted. Justice Yeboah was of the view that Mr. Afoko has a protective legal right and can go to court to seek redress in the instance where the party takes any unfavourable decision against him. GBC
