Chief Of Staff Directs AG To Review Contract On Re-branding of Intra-city Buses The Chief of Staff, Mr. Julius Debrah, has waded into the controversy over the spraying and branding of 116 new intra-city buses, and directed the Attorney General Marietta Brew Appiah-Oppong "to review the contract and associated payment(s)". A letter to the Attorney General dated December 17, 2015 asked her to revert without fail with her findings by close of day December 22. It was revealed in Parliament that government had made provision of GHC3, 649,000 for the re-branding of the buses meant for intra-city transportation. The amount was reportedly drawn from the Petroleum Funds for 2015 and has coursed intense public uproar. Per the arrangement with Smarttys Management and Production, the company that did the job, branding for each bus cost the nation GHC31.000. GBC
