Parliament followed due process in AMERI energy deal 

Parliament says it has noted the concerns raised by a section of the public in respect of the agreement between the Government of Ghana and The African and Middle East Resources Investment Company (AMERI) on the purchase or sourcing of electricity turbines for the generation of power as part of measures to help resolve the current power crisis in the country.

A statement issued by Deputy Director, Public Affairs of Parliament, Kate Addo, stated that Parliament followed due process in the discharge of its duties.
