Former UN Special Advisor suggests Prez Mahama looks beyond projects 

Former UN Special Advisor on Governance Prof. Baffour Agyeman Duah says although it is proper for President John Mahama to talk about his achievements, he believes appointees responsible for communication should have made the presentation on his behalf.
  
Speaking to Radio Ghana on President Mahama's presentation yesterday, Prof. Agyeman Duah, said the Presidency may have achieved a lot in terms of infrastructure projects but it also needs to look beyond these projects and find out what Ghanaians really want in order to determine whether their aspirations are being met. 

On the Amenfi West Parliamentary elections, Professor Baffour Agyemang-Duah said the outcome of the election cannot be used to project the 2016 elections because of the low turnout of voters.  

According to him, the general turn out in 2016 may be different.

An Economist, Collins Asmoah for his part, says Ghana is on course to achieving her development Agenda.  

In his view, development is not only about physical structures which are set up to improve the livelihood of the people, but also the expansion of freedom and rights.
 
He commended government for its due diligence in democratic governance. 

Sharing his thoughts with Radio Ghana on President Mahama's presentation especially in the area of developmental projects in his three years in office, Mr. Asmoah thinks President Mahama can do exploits if given the nod again in 2016.
