Director General of Securities and exchange commission

The Director General of the Securities and exchange commission, Dr Ado Anare Antwi has challenged Business especially SMES listed of the Ghana Alternative Market ,to practice good corporate government in their operations.

He said this will build the confidence investors have in them by investing more into their operations.
 
He tells Business news SMES need to use the capital market to raise more capital to expand their business adding that indivdidvals operating small business must learn to open up their business to the public.

Meanwhile, the Group CEO of Databank Kojo Addare  Menah is appealing to government to take a second look at the New Income Tax Law. He said industry is already burdened with taxes that are affecting the security industry.
