NPP pleads out of court settlement in disputed Klottey - Korle primaries The National Executive Committee of the NPP is to hold a meeting today to resolve the disputed Klottey Korle primaries held last August. Two members of the NPP Philip Addison and Nii Adjei Tawiah have sued the party and the Electoral Commission at the Accra High Court over allegations of illegality in the conduct of the primaries in that constituency and want the results annulled. The party has pleaded for an out of court settlement describing it as an internal matter. The court has therefore ordered the party to return on the 22nd of this month and give a report on its resolution to the court. Dr Adusei Poku is the counsel for the NPP. GBC
