Ghana, Cuba poised to improve trade and investment relations Ghana and Cuba have identified trade and investment as areas in which not much have been achieved in their relations. The two countries are therefore poised to close this gap. This came up when the outgoing Cuban Ambassador to Ghana, Jorge Fernando Nicolas bid farewell to the Vice President Kwesi Amissah-Arthur at Flagstaff House in Accra. The Vice President therefore charged Ambassador Nicolas to champion the need for the two countries to increase trade and investment relations. Ambassador Nicolas agreed with the Vice President and promised to work tirelessly for Cuba and Ghana to improve their trade and investment relations. He said Cuba will continue to support Ghana in her development effort. GBC
