Chairman of Prisons Council calls for more support to sustain 'Efiase' Project The Chairman of the Prisons Service Council, Reverend Dr. Stephen Wengam says the Council has realised about one hundred and sixty thousand Ghana Cedis since the launch of the Efiase project, in June. The amount, he said is woefully inadequate considering the target of twenty million Ghana cedis it has set for itself in the transformation and rehabilitation agenda of the Prisons Service.
