Ghana elected to serve on UNWTO

Ghana has been elected to serve on the Executive Council of the United Nations World Tourism Organisation (UNWTO). 

The election took place at the twenty first session of the General Assembly of the UNWTO in Medellin, Colombia. 

The move underscores Ghana's commitment towards the development of tourism in Africa.
