Mismanagement of Water Systems: The Regional Director of the Agency, Worlanyo Siabi raised Concerns The Community Water and Sanitation Agency has cited mismanagement of water systems as one of the major factors impacting negatively on its operations in the Upper West Region. The Agency says water systems have been mismanaged to the extent that most are operating just marginally, and beneficiary communities are barely able to take advantage of the huge investment in water supply to improve sanitation.
