Government announces measures to tackle current energy crisis

Ghana needs more than five billion dollars to position itself as an energy hub for Africa. 

The Power Minister, Dr Kwabena Donkor who announced this to Independent Power Producers at an Energy Investment Summit in Accra, spoke of concrete measures by government to guarantee that Ghana's current energy crisis does not recur.
