Don't Air Anas' Video – Egbert Faibille

A Legal Practitioner, Egbert Faibille has cautioned against the public airing of the video by Anas Aremeyaw Anas which allegedly captures some judges taking bribes to influence their work. 

He said ethical and moral considerations should guide the airing of the latest expose by undercover journalist Anas because the video does not only contain images of the judges but children as well. 

Mr Faibille in an interview said until due diligence is done to ascertain the capacity of their actions, the video should not form basis for the judges and judicial service staff being culpable. 

Mr Faibille is the counsel for four of the Judicial Service staff who have been indicted. He said his clients are yet to file their responses to the documentations served them.
