Dr. Rashid Pelpuo calls on ECOWAS to demand restoration of status quo in Burkina Faso

International Relations Expert, Dr. Rashid Pelpuo has called the ECOWAS to rise up and demand the restoration of the status quo in Burkina Faso without delay.

Speaking to Radio Ghana, Dr. Pelpuo said, the Military cannot stay in power because coup d’état’s have been outlawed by the community.

He asked Ghana to contribute to the early restoration of democracy in that country.  

Dr. Rashid Pelpuo said South Africa’s President Jacob Zuma is right in blaming NATO and the European countries for supporting the military intervention in Libya which has increased migration of displaced persons in North Africa.
