147 homeless children to be reunited with their families One hundred and forty seven (147) children loitering at Tema Manhean have been picked up by the Social Welfare Department of the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection. Eighty-six of them have been identified to be school drop outs. They are made up of 79 males and 68 females. The children will be re-united with their families and supported to continue their education.
