Europe must accept refugee crisis-President Jacob Zuma

South African President, Jacob Zuma says European countries played a role in the downfall of deceased Libyan president Muammar Gaddafi as well as instability in Libya.

Mr. Zuma said Europe has to accept responsibility for the humanitarian and refugee crisis they created, adding that the situation in Libya continues to be of serious concern. 

Mr. Zuma said the actions taken caused the bombarding and killing of Libyans which opened the floodgates firstly for serious tensions and conflict resulting in total undermining as tribes fought.

The South African President said those who played a part in destroying Libya are today refusing to accept refugees.
