Anas exposé: Lawyer justifies move to seek injunction on public hearing of video

Lawyer Francis Xavier Sosu has been explaining why Justice Uuter Paul Dery, one out of the twelve High Court Judges implicated in the Anas exposé is seeking a court injunction on the public hearing of the video.

According to Lawyer Sosu, placing the information before the court of public opinion is simply prejudicial.
