Anaesthetists: A Look At Their Challenges Members of the Ghana Anaesthetist Society have outlined a number of challenges affecting their aspect of medicine. These include lack of appropriate equipment and sometimes essential drugs as well as limited numbers of Anaesthetists in the country leading to increased workload on the few that are practicing in Ghana.
