Daily Graphic backs the call by printers to be given a major portion of the printing of textbooks for public schools. The Paper however says it is aware of the practice by a section of local printers who even after they have made claims that local capacity exists, send jobs given them by the Ministry of Education to be executed outside and brought back into the country.
