Dr. Clement Apaak confirms Builsa South parliament bid

A Presidential staffer, Dr. Clement Apaak has confirmed his participation in the primaries to contest the National Democratic Congress (NDC), seat for the Builsa South constituency. 

He told Radio Ghana that as a citizen he has the right to exercise his franchise to lead his people.
