Deliberate On Validity And Reliability Of Assessments In Examinations - Minister

The Minister of Education, Prof Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang has called on relevant institutions in the educational sector to deliberate on the validity and reliability of assessments in examinations. 

Prof Opoku-Agyemang said efforts to improve quality assessment in examination should not be undermined especially in an era where examination malpractices are committed at some examination centres. 

Prof Naana Opoku-Agyemang was addressing the opening of the 33rd Association for Educational Assessment, AEAA conference in Accra. 

She said the public should be sensitised to examination irregularities as those caught in the act will be dealt with.
